TACC develops advanced carbon materials for a growing range of industrial applications. Building on decades of graphite and high-temperature processing expertise, its focus spans Anode Active Materials for lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries, alongside graphene and its derivatives.

With in-house research and testing capabilities and commercial-scale manufacturing under development, TACC is building an integrated advanced carbon materials business from India for global markets.

Replus develops and manufactures lithium-ion battery and energy storage solutions for mobility, stationary, and specialised applications.

Its capabilities span battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), supported by in-house engineering, testing and manufacturing. From design and integration to commissioning and lifecycle support, Replus delivers solutions built for reliable real-world performance.

Our Green Power Business brings together established capabilities in renewable power generation through Malana Power Company Limited (MPCL) and AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL).

The Malana Hydroelectric Project has been generating power since 2001, while the Allain Duhangan Hydroelectric Project has been operational since 2010. Together, these assets reflect the Group’s long-standing presence in renewable power generation and its experience in developing and operating complex hydroelectric infrastructure.

The business continues to build on this experience to support India’s evolving energy needs through reliable, renewable power.
