Riju Jhunjhunwala is an industrial leader with over two decades of experience across manufacturing, advanced materials, power and technology. A third-generation member of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, he has played a key role in expanding and diversifying the Group’s businesses while building its presence in India and global markets.

He held leadership positions across several Group companies, including as Chairman & Managing Director of RSWM Limited, Vice Chairman of HEG Limited and Managing Director of Bhilwara Energy Limited. His experience spans large-scale manufacturing, graphite, renewable power and the development of new technology-led businesses.

As Chairman, Managing Director & CEO of HEG Advanced Materials, he is leading the company’s next phase of growth, building globally competitive advanced materials capabilities from India. His focus is on combining the Group’s industrial experience and deep carbon expertise with investment in research, technology and manufacturing to develop businesses with the potential to serve emerging global markets.

O. P. Ajmera is a senior business and finance leader with over four decades of experience across the LNJ Bhilwara Group. He currently leads the Group’s hydro power business as Executive Director & CEO of Malana Power Company Limited and AD Hydro Power Limited, while also serving as Group CFO and a Director on the Board of HEG Advanced Materials.

His experience spans financial, strategic and operational functions across drilling, sponge iron, waste heat to power generation, telecom, power generation and power consultancy. He has been closely involved in the execution of various projects and has contributed to the development and expansion of the Group’s power business.

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he brings extensive experience across the Group’s diverse business operations.

Ankur Khaitan is a business leader and carbon materials professional with over 17 years of experience across the graphite and advanced materials industry. He currently serves as Managing Director & CEO of TACC Limited, where he leads the development of advanced carbon materials, including anode active materials and graphene and its derivatives.

He has held several strategic roles at HEG Limited, including Head of Marketing for Graphite Specialties, with experience spanning marketing, business development, cost optimisation and operational excellence. He has led international business development across Europe, Russia and the CIS region and contributed to expanding HEG’s presence across new industrial applications. As a Director of REPLUS, he also contributes to the Group’s energy-storage initiatives. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, The University of Texas at Austin, and Annamalai University, he brings together strategic and operational expertise across carbon materials and emerging businesses.

Hiren Pravin Shah is an energy storage professional and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across energy storage solutions, lithium-ion battery technologies and renewable energy applications.

He has held leadership roles at Panasonic and Delta Electronics, where he led business growth initiatives, specialised product development, strategic partnerships and large-scale projects across India. His expertise spans energy storage systems, EV battery technologies, renewable energy applications, electric vehicle charging, data centres, telecom and microgrids. As the founder of REPLUS, he has led the development of solutions including the RE5K, a 5MWh liquid-cooled BESS, and patented 10 kWh and 16 kWh EV battery pack designs, while also fostering industry-academia partnerships in energy storage and thermal management.

Puneet Anand is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience across corporate strategy, transactions, capital allocation and business transformation.

His expertise spans organic and inorganic growth, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, portfolio restructuring and corporate governance. He has been associated with the LNJ Bhilwara Group since 2022 and plays a key role in shaping long-term strategy and value creation across the Group.

Ms. Neha Rajvanshi is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and serves as President & CFO at HEG Advanced Materials. With over 19 years of leadership experience across the Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure sectors, she brings deep expertise in capital raising, project finance, strategic financial planning, capital restructuring, and corporate risk management.

Prior to joining HEG Advanced Materials, she served as CFO of Serentica Renewables, where she played a key leadership role in managing multi-billion-dollar clean energy portfolios and driving strategic financial initiatives. Her career also includes senior executive positions at Azure Power and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), reflecting extensive experience in large-scale financial operations and complex business environments.

An alumna of IIM Lucknow and a university Gold Medalist with an MBA, she combines strong academic credentials with a proven track record in strategic finance, capital allocation, financial execution, and creating long-term enterprise value.

Salil Bawa is an investor relations and capital markets professional with over 25 years of global experience across investor relations, strategy, capital markets and corporate planning.

He has led high-value capital raises, cross-border M&A and strategic partnerships with private equity firms, sovereign funds, FIIs and institutional investors. He has previously led investor relations functions at Edelweiss, Manappuram Finance and IndoStar Capital, and most recently served as Group Head – IR at Welspun Group. A CFA charterholder and alumnus of IMI Delhi and the University of Delhi, he brings deep expertise in capital markets, strategic finance and investor engagement.

Karunesh Chaturvedi is a corporate affairs and policy professional with extensive experience in government relations, policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement.

He has held leadership positions at organisations including Welspun, Waaree, Vikram Solar, Avantha and Pratibha Syntex. With an MBA in Marketing and Finance, his experience lies at the intersection of business priorities, policy, regulatory frameworks and institutional relationships.

Indu Mehta brings more than three decades of experience across corporate communications, sustainability, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation.

Her career spans manufacturing, hospitality, aviation, real estate and entertainment, alongside experience leading ESG and sustainability initiatives across the LNJ Bhilwara Group. She holds an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Leicester and has completed advanced programmes at IIM Calcutta and IIM Indore.

Ranjan Sarkar is a senior human resources leader with 27 years of experience across Indian and multinational organisations.

His experience spans automotive, renewable energy, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and media, with expertise in change management, cultural transformation, mergers and acquisitions, industrial relations, and organizational capability building. He has held senior leadership roles at Exide and CEAT and brings a strong focus on aligning people, and business strategy.

Jyoti Gupta leads administration at the LNJ Bhilwara Group, with experience across workplace operations, facilities management, operational processes and team building.

With a foundation in economics, her focus is on creating efficient organisational systems and workplace environments that enable teams to perform effectively.

Ravi Gupta is a Company Secretary and governance professional with over 25 years of experience across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, banking, finance, legal affairs and secretarial functions.

He brings extensive expertise in corporate law, governance frameworks, regulatory matters, corporate structuring and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestments and financing initiatives. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he plays a key role in strengthening governance, compliance and long-term value creation.
